Shoppers now ask. Amazon turns it into ads.
Shoppers now ask Amazon’s assistant, and Amazon turns likely questions into Sponsored Prompts. Adcquire shows which of those prompts you pay for and what they return. We work on one layer — the Sponsored Prompts shoppers click — and nothing else.

How we got here
From keywords to questions.
Search turned into a conversation, and the conversation turned into an ad format nobody had the tools to read.
For years
Keywords
Shoppers typed words. Brands bid on the words and wrote listings for them.
2024
An assistant in the app
Amazon’s shopping assistant starts answering questions in the US — from listings and reviews.
Nov 2025 – Mar 2026
Sponsored Prompts in beta, then generally available (US)
Questions Amazon writes from your listing, shown beside your ads, billed per click.
May 2026
In the main search bar
The assistant — Alexa for Shopping, formerly Rufus — moves into the search box itself.
Now
Adcquire
Read every clicked prompt, group it by topic, and turn it into the next decision.
Why now
Search is becoming a conversation.
For years, Amazon brands optimised for keywords. Shoppers now ask questions — is it safe, will it fit, is it better than — and Amazon’s assistant answers them.
Since March 2026 those questions are also an ad format in the US: Sponsored Prompts, written by Amazon from your listing and billed on your cost-per-click. Since May, the assistant sits in Amazon’s main search bar.
Keyword tools were built for the old layer: they bid on the words shoppers type. The new layer runs on what shoppers need to know — including doubts they may not raise with a brand directly.
Ads Console shows each clicked prompt as a row, for about 65 days. It doesn’t group them by topic, keep them, link them to your listing, or say what to do. That’s the gap Adcquire fills — and it’s all we build for.

What’s built
What works today, and what doesn’t yet.
Every area of the product, with its real status. Live means it’s in the free trial now; Coming means it isn’t, and we say so.

How we work
Four rules we build by.
01
Say where every number comes from
Amazon report data, the listing text you paste in, or our own grouping — each figure says which. Nobody outside Amazon can read your customers’ conversations, and we never pretend to.
02
Decisions, not charts
Every screen ends in something to do: scale it, fix the listing, pause it. The evidence sits under the decision, not instead of it.
03
Only sell what exists
If a feature isn’t built, the site says Coming. If it’s built, it’s in the product you can try today.
04
Your data is yours
Nothing is sent to your Amazon account until a person on your team presses Send; one private workspace per brand; and you can delete your account, with any brand only you are on, yourself, at any time.
Your data
What we read, and what we never touch.
What we read
- The Sponsored Prompts and campaign reports you upload from Ads Console.
- With the Amazon connection (coming, subject to Amazon approving our API access): the same reports, fetched for you, read-only until you approve a change.
What we never do
- Change a bid, budget or prompt unless a person on your team presses Send — an automation can approve a change within your limits, but never sends it.
- Claim to see a shopper’s conversation — Amazon doesn’t share them, with us or anyone.
- Sell, share or pool your data with other brands.
What you control
- One private workspace per brand.
- A log of every change, with who approved it.
- Delete your account, and every brand only you are on, yourself. What we keep, and for how long, is on the Deleting your data page.
Who runs Adcquire
