“We run ads for fifteen brands. Can we review every client’s prompts each week without living in Ads Console, and show clients what we did?”

Every client’s prompts, one weekly routine.

One method for every brand: the same themes, the same rules, one queue, and a change log per client that shows what was paused, why and who approved it. Exports and change logs work today. Multiple brand workspaces per login and white-label reports are Coming.

The problem today

Fifteen clients, fifteen drill-downs, and a client asking what you did.

Every client’s SP and SB campaigns run prompts, billed at their CPC. Reviewing them means the same five-click drill-down for every ad group, account and week, and a prompt drops out of the console 65 days after its last click. When a client asks why a prompt was paused, the console has no answer.

65 days

How long the console lists a clicked prompt

1Time

The drill-down doesn’t scale

Campaign › Ad group › Ads › Prompts, for every ad group of every client. Weekly reviews quietly stop happening.

2Consistency

Every manager judges differently

Without a written rule, one account manager pauses at 20 clicks and another at 200. Clients notice.

3Governance

No record of who paused what

A pause in the console leaves no reason and no approver, so there’s no trail to show the client.

4Retention

The evidence expires

The console lists a prompt for 65 days after its last click. A quarterly review needs more history than that.

Questions

Before you trust it, the straight answers.

Can I manage several clients from one login?
Not yet. That’s Coming, along with white-label reports. Today each client is a separate workspace, and exports and change logs work in each one.
Is each client’s data kept apart?
Yes. Each workspace holds one brand’s reports, and nothing is shared between workspaces. A client’s data can be deleted in one step.
Can the same rules run for every client?
Every workspace starts with the same default rules: no orders after 30+ clicks and $50+ spend in 4 weeks, ACOS above 100% after $25 of spend, and off-product prompts after $10. Adjust them per client as needed.
What do I show the client?
The change log (what was proposed, approved, dismissed, paused or undone, by whom and when) and CSV exports of prompts and questions. Branded, white-label reports are Coming.
Does it pause prompts in the client’s account?
Not yet. Today the approved pause is made in Ads Console and marked done. With the Amazon connection — coming, pending Amazon’s approval — approved pauses would be sent through the Ads API.
How is it priced for agencies?
Plans are priced by ad spend, and the Scale plan is built for many brands. See the pricing page for current figures.
