Sub-processors
Who processes data for us.
The companies Adcquire uses to run the service, as listed in Annex 3 of the data processing agreement. We email every brand owner at least 30 days before adding or replacing one, and you can object (clause 8). If we ever have to replace one urgently, to protect your data or keep the service running, we tell you as soon as we can and you can still object (clause 8.4).Last updated 5 October 2026.

Not sub-processors
- Amazon (Amazon Ads). Your own advertising platform. It is reached only when an Owner connects it, which is not available yet (clause 3.6).
- Our code host and CI service. They hold source code and test data only, never Customer Data.
