“What do shoppers actually want to know before they buy?”

Beyond keywords: the need behind every clicked prompt.

A keyword says what a shopper typed. A prompt is a question Amazon writes and shows next to your ad — will it fit, is it safe, is it worth more than the other one — and the ones they click show what they want to know, including doubts they might not raise with a brand. Adcquire places every prompt in an intent by rules you can read, shows what each intent costs and sells this week, and gives it a status: healthy, watch, action needed or losing.

The problem today

Prompts are your shoppers’ questions. The console lists them one phrasing at a time.

“Is it safe for sensitive skin?”, “Will it irritate my skin?”, “Good for rosacea?” — three rows in the console, one worry to a brand. Split across phrasings, campaigns and ads, a growing need looks like noise, and nobody sees which needs sell, which don’t, and which the listing ignores.

Hundreds of ways to ask

Every clicked prompt is an Amazon-written question a shopper chose to tap — and the same worry arrives in dozens of phrasings, a few clicks each.

Which needs deserve budget

Needs whose prompts return above your line earn more budget on the campaigns that carry them; the rest get an answer first, then budget.

What’s rising, early

A need up 40% in a week is this week’s job — before a competitor’s listing answers it first.

Who uses it

One view, every team that touches the listing.

Brand manager

The customer’s voice, measured: what they worry about, in their words, and how that is changing.

Content team

A ranked brief of the exact questions the listing, images and A+ must answer.

PPC manager

Budget by need, not by phrasing — and which needs to hold until the answer is live.

Product team

Unmet needs sized by demand: the brief for the next bundle, size or guide.

In every plan

What you get, and why it pays.

What’s included

  • What customers care about this week: share of clicks, week on week, revenue and status per intent
  • A plain-words reason for every status
  • Top questions in each intent
  • Unanswered questions per intent, from the listing text you paste in
  • Ask Adcquire about any of it in plain words — answered by built-in rules

The business case

An intent that jumps is a question your listing and ads should answer this week, not next quarter — and a keyword report would never have shown it.

Questions

Before you trust it, the straight answers.

How are prompts grouped?
By the phrases they contain, with rules you can read. A new workspace starts with eleven themes, including one for Sponsored Brands prompts about the brand itself. Each prompt shows why it landed where it did.
Can I change the themes?
Not yet — custom themes are on the roadmap. Today you can see the rule behind every placement.
Is this the shopper’s actual conversation?
No. Nobody outside Amazon sees individual conversations. Prompts are the questions Amazon shows beside your ads; clicks tell you which ones shoppers chose to tap.
How much data do I need?
A month of the Prompts report shows the themes. Trends need a few weeks of history — which Adcquire keeps.
