Help
Getting started, and getting unstuck.
Guides
- Upload your reports — Get the Prompts report (and the Campaign report) out of Ads Console and into your dashboard, every week. About 3 minutes.
- Read your decisions — What the decisions on the Overview and the To-do list are, why each one is there, and how to clear them. About 3 minutes.
- Pause rules and automations — Stop paying for prompts that don’t sell: rules that propose pauses, automations that propose bid and budget moves, and approving them. About 4 minutes.
- Connect Amazon — What the Amazon Ads connection will do — fetch your reports and send the changes you approve — and how to switch it off. About 2 minutes.
- Your listing, Q&A and reviews — Find the questions shoppers ask that your product page doesn’t answer, draft the answer, and check what Amazon’s assistant says. About 4 minutes.
- What runs on its own — The Scheduled page, “tell me when” watches, event windows for Prime Day and launches, and budget pacing. About 4 minutes.
- Your team and approvals — Invite people, choose who can change what, and require a second person to approve. About 2 minutes.
Upload your first report
- In Amazon Ads Console, open Reports.
- Create report → report category: Sponsored Products.
- Report type: Prompts, with Daily as the time unit.
- Pick the date range, run it, download the file, and drop it on Data & uploads in Adcquire.
Amazon lists a prompt only once it has been clicked, and only for the last 65 days — upload every week and Adcquire keeps the history. For ACOS with and without prompts, also upload Reports → Sponsored Products → Campaign, daily, for the same dates. Sponsored Prompts reporting is for US advertisers. Step by step: Upload your reports.
Who can do what
- Owner — everything, including the team, sample data and the Amazon connection.
- Editor — uploads reports, writes rules and automations, approves changes and marks them made in Ads Console.
- Viewer — sees everything and can export CSVs for their own use; changes nothing.
Approving changes
Pause rules, automations and event windows propose changes; they wait under Rules & automations → Waiting for your OK until someone approves or dismisses them — unless you set an automation to Automatic. Until Amazon is connected, an approved change is made by you in Ads Console (the path is shown on each one) and then marked done. An owner can require a second person to approve, or only owners to approve money changes, under Team. More: Pause rules and automations, Your team and approvals.
Connecting Amazon
Not available yet: Adcquire is waiting for Amazon to approve its access to the Amazon Ads API. Exactly what it will read and change is on the Amazon Ads integration, and how it will work is in Connect Amazon.
Deleting data, and your rights
Account → Delete account removes your account, and any brand only you belong to with everything in it. The details — and how to ask for a copy of your data — are on deleting your data.
When something goes wrong
- “No header row naming a Prompt column” — the file isn’t the Prompts report. Run the report again as Sponsored Products → Prompts.
- “No Date column” — choose Daily as the time unit, so each row can be placed in its week.
- A week shows fewer than 7 days — the date range ended mid-week. Upload the rest of the week and it fills in.
- Numbers look different from Ads Console — Adcquire counts whole weeks, Monday to Sunday, and uses the report’s 7-day sales and orders. See how every figure is worked out.
- Still stuck? Write to us or email accounts@adcquire.com; you’ll get a case reference.
