Your team and approvals
Invite people, choose who can change what, and require a second person to approve. All help.
Invite someone
- An owner opens Team and, under Invite someone, types an email address and picks a role. The link in the email works once, for 7 days.
- Owner does everything; Editor uploads, writes rules and approves; Viewer sees everything and changes nothing.
Approval rules
- On Team, an owner can switch on A second person approves: whoever asks for a change can’t also approve it.
- And Only owners approve bid and budget changes: changes that move money, and placement changes, need an owner.
- Every step — asked, approved, sent, undone — is in the Activity log, with who did it.
Other guides
- Upload your reports — Get the Prompts report (and the Campaign report) out of Ads Console and into your dashboard, every week.
- Read your decisions — What the decisions on the Overview and the To-do list are, why each one is there, and how to clear them.
- Pause rules and automations — Stop paying for prompts that don’t sell: rules that propose pauses, automations that propose bid and budget moves, and approving them.
- Connect Amazon — What the Amazon Ads connection will do — fetch your reports and send the changes you approve — and how to switch it off.
- Your listing, Q&A and reviews — Find the questions shoppers ask that your product page doesn’t answer, draft the answer, and check what Amazon’s assistant says.
- What runs on its own — The Scheduled page, “tell me when” watches, event windows for Prime Day and launches, and budget pacing.
