Upload your reports
Get the Prompts report (and the Campaign report) out of Ads Console and into your dashboard, every week. All help.
The Prompts report
- In Amazon Ads Console, open Reports and click Create report.
- Report category: Sponsored Products. Report type: Prompts. Time unit: Daily.
- Pick the dates: the last full week, Monday to Sunday, or as far back as Amazon allows (65 days) the first time.
- Run it, download the file, and drop it on Data & uploads in Adcquire. A CSV or Excel file both work.
The Campaign report, for ACOS
- Same place: Sponsored Products → Campaign, time unit Daily, the same dates.
- Drop it on Data & uploads too. It adds ACOS with and without prompts, and lets pause rules compare a prompt with its campaign.
Every week
- Each Monday, run both reports for the week just gone and upload them. Uploading the same dates again replaces them — nothing is counted twice.
- After each Prompts report upload, your pause rules and any automation set to run after each upload run, new prompts are announced in Alerts, and the Overview moves on a week.
Amazon keeps prompts for 65 days only, so a weekly upload is what builds your history. Once Amazon is connected, the reports come in by themselves (see Connect Amazon).
